Doyle Young has represented hundreds of clients in criminal and civil cases. He accepts clients in criminal cases in both the federal and state court systems at all levels – misdemeanors, felonies, and appeals.
Representative federal criminal cases he has handled include: (1) several multi-defendant drug conspiracy cases, (2) Aggravated Robbery involving the theft of multiple firearms, (3) a RICO/organized crime case in which his client was accused of attempting to murder a state district judge, and (4) another RICO/organized crime case in which his client was accused of committing five separate murders and three other aggravated assaults, all committed during the home invasion robberies of eight drug dealers. He was won several appeals of criminal cases at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in New Orleans.
A small sampling of state criminal cases he has handled include Aggravated Robbery, Sexual Assault of a Child, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Assault, Theft, and a wide range of misdemeanors. He has won the appeal of a state case that was decided at the 6th Court of Appeals in Texarkana, TX.
